About the role

  • Product Owner managing data-centric products and AI solutions for IQVIA’s commercial and analytics platforms. Collaborating cross-functionally to drive product roadmap and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for data engineering and AI components across IQVIA’s platforms (e.g., Snowflake IDP, Databricks, OneKey Accelerated Insights, OneKey AI Assistants…)
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for engineering and AI development teams
  • Prioritize backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder input
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, AI Scientists, and Product Managers to design scalable, secure, and reusable solutions
  • Ensure alignment with global templates, governance standards, and interoperability frameworks
  • Drive agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and clients to gather feedback and continuously improve product features
  • Monitor platform performance, data quality, and usage metrics to inform future enhancements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Data Platform Lead
  • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including ETL/ELT, data modeling, APIs, and cloud-native architecture
  • Solid grasp of AI development workflows, including model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with IQVIA’s data assets (e.g., OneKey, Infine Dimensions) is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and expertise.
