Responsibilities
Leading a data team to take ownership of key product areas in market research
Developing and maintaining production quality data science systems for our client NMO (Nationaal Media Onderzoek)
Manipulating complex data from different sources and data processing in R, Python, SQL and Google Cloud Platform
Performing complex statistical analyses and prediction models for market research
Actively participating in different research projects with advice, analysis and other support to the research team
Performing checks on the results before delivery to the research team
Unlocking research data, social media and customer data, structured and unstructured
Clear visualization and communication of the results to internal and/or external customers
Contributing to the renewal and improvement of existing structures and processes
Requirements
Programming background and experience in deployment of production standard code as part of data science workflows: Python or R
Experience in git with collaborative development of data science workflows / products
A statistical background and affinity with research methods and techniques such as regression, segmentation, data fusion. Experience in survey research is an advantage.

Skilled in learning software packages
Experience with working in the cloud especially GCP
Experience with working with automated production systems which must produce regular data as well as ad hoc projects

Good command of Dutch and/or English
Preferably available full-time, but at least 32 hours per week
