About the role
- Implementing the IPM supply system for public sector clients focusing on procurement processes. Analyzing system functionality, ensuring quality data, and providing user training.
Responsibilities
- Implement the IPM Supply System at municipal public agencies, following business rules and client requirements — tenders, procurement, contracts, inventory/warehouse, asset management, and fleet.
- Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and adaptations;
- Configure the system according to the gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
- Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features;
- Support the implementation process, resolving issues and addressing questions.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Experience with public tenders and public procurement, typically involving work in the public sector or companies that handle bidding processes.
- Comfortable with technology;
- Availability for frequent travel.
