About the role

  • Implementing the IPM supply system for public sector clients focusing on procurement processes. Analyzing system functionality, ensuring quality data, and providing user training.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the IPM Supply System at municipal public agencies, following business rules and client requirements — tenders, procurement, contracts, inventory/warehouse, asset management, and fleet.
  • Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and adaptations;
  • Configure the system according to the gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
  • Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features;
  • Support the implementation process, resolving issues and addressing questions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • Experience with public tenders and public procurement, typically involving work in the public sector or companies that handle bidding processes.
  • Comfortable with technology;
  • Availability for frequent travel.
