Responsibilities
- Ensure excellence in the management of corporate environments and in employee experience throughout their physical and logistical journeys, through efficient administration of infrastructure, general services, travel and mobility.
- Manage corporate environments and employee experience by overseeing infrastructure, general services, travel and mobility. This includes monitoring contracts, budget control, logistical support for relocations and travel, and implementing improvements to physical spaces and processes related to the employee journey.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management, including building maintenance, general services and contracts.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating corporate travel and mobility processes (domestic and international).
- Previous experience in medium to large companies is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactivity and autonomy in problem solving.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands.
- Focus on employee experience and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI is a plus).
- Knowledge of facilities management systems and travel platforms (e.g., SAP Concur, Argo).
- Knowledge of safety, occupational health and sustainability standards.
- Contract and vendor management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Hospitality, Logistics or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in related areas is a plus.
