Responsibilities
Responsible for the strategic development of the KMV program through projects aimed at addressing customers' key needs.
Work with the CRM team to execute B2B and B2C communications.
Collaborate with the technical team on KMV App development and with the data team to measure results.
Support the development and strategy of the KMV program.
Develop promotional campaigns with partner areas.
Manage communication content for internal audiences, B2B and B2C.
Analyze KPIs and measure campaign results.
Create incentive campaigns for the KMV program aimed at internal audiences.
Manage internal tools that support clients in creating design assets and personalized campaigns.
Requirements
Experience: CRM marketing campaigns
Soft skills: Interpersonal skills, creativity, organization and eagerness to learn
Technical skills: Creating CRM briefings, data analysis using Excel and Power BI
Education: Bachelor's degree (completed)
