About the role

  • Sales Manager in a data company managing the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing. Responsible for customer acquisition and satisfaction with innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You manage the entire process from a prospective lead through to contract signing with the customer
  • As a Sales Manager, you acquire potential customers and are responsible for the whole sales process
  • You represent iodata and our product and service portfolio
  • Identify and approach potential new customers
  • Conduct prospecting calls and presentations
  • Analyze customer needs and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through regular communication and advisory support

Requirements

  • Completed training or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the software sector
  • Proven success in acquiring new customers and building long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with strong negotiation abilities
  • Proactive, goal-oriented working style with high self-motivation
  • Experience working with CRM systems and MS Office
