Responsibilities
Establish/maintain contacts and cooperate with relevant Lithuanian municipalities and their administrations to ensure the successful establishment of FEZs or other industrial territories.
Communicate and cooperate with employees of state institutions at various levels to ensure the preparation and adoption of the necessary legislation for the establishment of an FEZ or other industrial territory.
Analyze the situation, identify problems and ways to solve them, and carry out consistent strategic project planning, coordination, and monitoring in order to establish an FEZ or other industrial zone.
Contribute to improving the investment environment in Lithuania, analyzing the legislation and, hopefully, making proposals for improving the investment climate.
Requirements
A university degree, preferably in Law, Economics, International Relations, Management, etc.
Previous experience (at least 3 years) in complex project management.
Experience in working with infrastructure solutions, strategic development or investment climate/regulation would be considered a significant advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
