About the role
- Electrical Quality Engineer focusing on establishing quality and inspection processes for INVENSITY in Sweden. Collaborating within a dynamic team to drive quality initiatives across various industrial projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan and perform inspections at our client’s site in Finspång, at suppliers in Sweden and across Europe
- Follow up inspection results and actively drive the closure of open findings and non-conformities
- Participate in project and supplier meetings and represent quality and inspection topics
- Ensure accuracy, repeatability, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Work in close collaboration with engineering to clarify technical questions and define inspection scope
- Drive process and product validation activities, analyze results, and document findings in clear, structured technical reports

Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
- 3+ years of hands-on inspection experience, ideally in Oil & Gas, power generation or other complex industrial projects
- Strong understanding of quality requirements and standards for pressure equipment and structures, e.g. PED, ASME or structural design codes
- Knowledge of SAP, PLM2020 or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Exceptionally structured and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to drive quality topics in dynamic, cross-functional environments
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a new location and be part of a global team
- Willingness to travel
- Business fluent in Swedish and English
