About the role
- QA Salesforce planning and executing tests for Salesforce solutions while collaborating with BA, developers, and architects. Ensuring business scenarios coverage and quality in deliveries.
Responsibilities
- The Salesforce QA (mid-level) will be responsible for planning and executing functional tests on Salesforce solutions, ensuring adequate coverage of business scenarios and quality in deliveries.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, and architects from requirements refinement through feature validation.
- Plan test strategies
- Create test scenarios and test cases
- Execute functional, regression, and exploratory tests
- Validate acceptance criteria and business rules
- Support and facilitate UAT cycles with users
- Validate business processes implemented in Salesforce
- Test platform automations (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes)
- Validate permissions (Profiles and Permission Sets)
- Ensure record sharing rules
- Perform integration tests between Salesforce and external systems
- Validate data consistency across systems
- Execute API tests (e.g., Postman)
- Manage defects and ensure traceability in Jira
Requirements
- Experience in planning, creating, and executing tests
- Experience testing business processes in Salesforce
- Experience with integration testing and data validation
- Experience with test management tools (Xray, Zephyr, or similar)
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
- Knowledge of SOQL for data validation
- Experience with testing in Experience Cloud
- Basic knowledge of test automation
- Salesforce Administrator certification (differential/advantageous)
- Analytical thinking
