Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or a closely related discipline
- Strong interest in systems engineering, safety engineering, process management, and project management
- Familiarity with method development and model-driven engineering is a plus
- Familiarity with systems engineering tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, DOORS, Python, C, C++, Java, or similar), and experience with simulation and modeling software is a strong plus
- Enthusiastic about technology consulting and actively contributing to advancements in system development
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems, develop innovative solutions, and work effectively in fast-paced project environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in cross-functional and international teams; able to adapt quickly to new industries, technologies, and project requirements
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential; additional language skills are advantageous
- Willingness to travel as needed to support project requirements and collaborate with international teams.
