About the role

  • Coordinate the daily operational needs of the business
  • Assist with tour guide bookings and admin
  • Offer trip support and coordinate trips across the region
  • Work with procurement, finance processing and reporting
  • Maintain compliance documentation, coordinating logistics, and managing systems
  • Ensure the accuracy of data and partner with teams such as Reservations and Operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or in DMC operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with document management systems
  • Strong knowledge of document control and accuracy
  • Experience with tour ground handling and reservations processes
  • Excellent systems literacy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
