Responsibilities
- Effectively manage ground operations
- Implement long-term strategic plans
- Handle the day-to-day business of our office in Bali, Indonesia
- Actively drive goals by developing new business, assuring trip profitability and boosting revenue
- Collaborate with other General Managers to achieve wider goals
- Ensure sales growth and positioning the Intrepid brand in key markets and destinations
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of managing Ground Operations in Indonesia
- Strong knowledge of the Indonesian market
- Minimum 5 years’ middle level management experience; company management experience preferred
- High level of financial literacy and excellent decision-making ability
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
- Proven understanding of risk and incident management
- Experience in tourism or an operations, sales and customer-focused industry
