About the role
- Risikocontroller responsible for creating risk reports and conducting risk evaluations. Work at INTREAL's Hamburg office, supporting asset management in real estate investment.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of risk reporting at the level of special funds (Sondervermögen) and for investor meetings
- Conducting investment-law compliance checks, such as investment limit checks
- Risk-oriented evaluation of transactions (property and market analyses)
- Performing sector, tenant and balance sheet analyses
- Conducting stress tests
- Further development of reports and the systems used
- Implementation of new reports in the primary systems bison.box and SAP
- Point of contact for fund managers, executive management and fund partners
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on real estate
- Professional experience in risk management at banks or in the financial services industry is an advantage
- Strong IT affinity
- Excellent Excel skills
- High motivation and a structured working style
- Very good command of German
- Confident and professional manner when dealing with internal and external partners
