About the role

Responsibilities
- Transform messy, historical incident logs into a high-quality Knowledge Library. You are essentially teaching the AI how to think by structuring symptoms, causes, and resolutions.
- Get hands-on with React to develop dashboards that visualize AI insights. Your work will allow stakeholders to interact with and validate AI outputs in real-time.
- Create the Gold Standard test datasets. By defining what a perfect AI answer looks like, you ensure our models are accurate, unbiased, and ready for prime time.
- Support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) by developing structured tagging and classification rules that help the AI find the right needle in the digital haystack.
- Collaborate with the team to integrate data from the Incident & Use Case Library into the UI for interactive visualization and demonstration
- Produce clear documentation, code comments, and data templates for ongoing dataset and UI expansion
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and Javascript
- Hands-on experience handling structured data, experience with JSON is preferred
- Understanding with frontend web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
- Experience with React, prompt engineering, and IT Incident Management (ITIL)
- Ability to communicate clearly with peers and stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and work as a part of the team
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
