About the role

  • Junior Product Manager supporting product management tasks in intralogistics sector. Responsible for customer interface, product documentation, and support for marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Manager and serve as an interface with customers, sales, development, the training academy and marketing
  • Contribute to marketing activities and product launches
  • Conduct trainings and maintain the training concept
  • Update technical product documentation and marketing materials
  • Support the further development of the product portfolio in intralogistics
  • Perform competitive analyses and product comparisons
  • Assist with technical product requirements and profitability analyses
  • Analyze market and technology trends, especially in material handling and conveyor technology
  • Participate across the entire product lifecycle – from idea to market launch
  • Support sales with technical questions and presentations
  • Evaluate product KPIs and derive optimizations
  • Coordinate small projects or subprojects

Requirements

  • A university degree, preferably in a technical or engineering discipline
  • Confident demeanor and strong presentation skills
  • High initiative, strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Very good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with CRM systems, SAP or PIM is desirable
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electromechanical components – ideally initial exposure to conveyor/handling technology
  • Interest in intralogistics systems, automation solutions and industrial applications
  • Some professional experience in product management is a plus but not required
