About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions and disposals.

Requirements
- Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Proven track record in M&A, financial due diligence and integration / set-up of businesses.
- Strong background in financial systems implementation and transformation projects.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to organic growth initiatives and capital investment projects.
- Advanced financial modelling, ERP systems knowledge, and project management expertise.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
