  • Franchise Business Consultant at DRYmedic assisting franchise partners with restoration operations and profitability. Focus on content operations, performance analysis, and team training in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted business consultant and coach to franchise partners
  • Build strong, positive relationships with franchise owners
  • Maintain consistent weekly contact with franchise partners
  • Conduct on-site visits to provide hands-on coaching
  • Support franchise partners in delivering outstanding client experiences
  • Partner with franchise owners on financial health
  • Coach franchise partners on sales execution
  • Ensure franchise partners understand and comply with the Franchise Agreement
  • Promote strong team engagement
  • Develop and deliver training materials

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong operational knowledge of Contents restoration is required
  • Experience with CoreLogic DASH and Xactimate is required
  • Knowledge of Mitigation and Reconstruction processes is required
  • High level of comfort with business math and financial analysis
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
