  • System Architect developing wireless communication system architectures in Intel's Wireless Connectivity Division. Responsibilities include system design, hardware/software optimization, and leading cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Define and develop wireless communication system architectures, ensuring optimal performance and integration across hardware and software components.
  • Lead critical decisions on hardware/software partitioning to optimize system performance, power consumption, and cost effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on VLSI hardware architecture decisions and provide system-level requirements for chip design.
  • Define the system architecture requirements for real-time SW/firmware development and for wireless connectivity solutions.
  • Lead technical activities and coordinate with Software, Firmware, and VLSI teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Author comprehensive technical requirements, specifications, and design documents for wireless communication systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wireless communication systems design, implementation and technologies
  • Proven experience in HW/SW partitioning tradeoffs and system optimization
  • Knowledge of VLSI hardware architecture and design principles
  • Knowledge in real-time software development and embedded systems
  • Proficiency in requirements writing and technical documentation
  • Technical leadership experience
