About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering projects focused on yield improvement, device targeting, and performance optimization
  • Execute comprehensive feasibility studies and experiments to characterize processes throughout the development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with other Technology Development and Yield Teams to develop, qualify, import, and optimize emerging semiconductor technologies
  • Partner with cross-organizational teams including Device, Defect Reduction, and Yield Analysis engineers
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning methodologies to analyze large datasets and extract actionable manufacturing insights

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or in a STEM related field of study
  • 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience with specific focus on Process Integration development and customization
  • Demonstrated experience in large-volume manufacturing environments with deep understanding of manufacturing processes and platforms
  • Expertise in device physics and/or interconnects and critical parameter control
  • Experience in big data analysis for identifying and resolving process and manufacturing challenges
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing fundamentals.
