About the role

  • Service Delivery Manager responsible for driving service excellence at Integrity360. Managing security services and ensuring adherence to SLAs for clients in a hybrid setting in Sweden.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving service excellence & ensuring the highest level of performance is delivered to clients
  • Deliver multiple services to a key client in the form of Managed Security Services & infrastructure support agreements
  • Sole responsibility for Service Level Management, focusing on contractual SLA management and customer satisfaction
  • Manage escalation of major incidents & issues, ensuring service stability
  • Lead multiple internal projects delivering enhancements & improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years working in a similar Service Delivery Management position
  • Experience in Client Facing roles with reporting & presentation requirements
  • Experience in a Managed Services & Helpdesk environment
  • Previous IT Infrastructure Management Experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Certifications: ITIL Qualified to Foundation level minimum
  • Educated to Degree Level desirable
