Responsibilities
Build, sustain, and continuously improve the experience touchpoints, communication standards, and loop closure standards
Translate complex casework into executive-level insights that drive policy and leadership behavior
Hold the line on consistency and equity while enabling compassionate decisions aligned to INTEGRIS Health values
Implement the Caregiver Relations standards; tier definitions, key process standard work, templates, professional standards, and caregiver resources
Hire, coach, and performance-manage Tier I – III talent; run on-call and surge capacity
Own case management workflows, documentation standards, and experience service level agreements
Review and assign escalations; personally lead or oversee select Tier III investigations
Partner with HR Talent Strategy, Legal, Compliance, Caregiver Safety, and Caregiver Health on outcomes and risk mitigation
Produce monthly/quarterly insight reports (themes, hotspots, leading indicators, equity checks)
Partner with HR Talent Strategy for leader education on documentation and corrective action
Ensure audit-readiness, evidence handling, and litigation support discipline
Requirements
5 years HR/Employee Relations experience
Formal training in employee relations investigations, mediation, and conflict resolution
