Responsibilities

  • Operationalise and refine Partnership-wide Contribution approach
  • Act as a coach and partner to HR Business Partners
  • Lead the delivery of annual and mid-year Contribution cycles
  • Design and deliver bespoke training, tools, and guidance
  • Analyse complex qualitative and quantitative data for insights
  • Identify opportunities to enhance tools and processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR or Organisational Development
  • A track record of leading large-scale people processes
  • The ability to influence senior leadership
  • Practical experience with HR systems (specifically Workday)
  • The ability to distil complex data into a compelling narrative
  • A natural comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly
