About the role
- YouTube Channel Manager responsible for curating and managing bass music uploads for UKF. Managing relationships and engagement while optimizing content for growth in the electronic music community.
Responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle of every track on the channel
- Manage the end-to-end upload journey
- Accurately set up royalty splits for all uploads
- Curate and update our Spotify and Apple Music playlists weekly
- Proactively identify new music and content upload opportunities
- Implement innovative audience development strategies across our channels
- Actively engage with and moderate the UKF YouTube community
- Track and translate monthly channel analytics
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with YouTube or video content production
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Premiere)
- YouTube and Google Sheets / Airtable or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Music, Digital Marketing, Communication, or equivalent practical experience
- A passion for bass music
