Responsibilities
- Perform forecasting analyses of the team’s transformation initiatives, innovations and optimization projects
- Build relationships with national business partners to understand their business and support their objectives
- Analyze and review business results and forecast implications
- Develop long-term forecasts and find ways to achieve business unit objectives
- Ensure capacity plans are accurate each month
- Proactively manage a multi-site and multi-skilled team
- Develop team members’ skills through coaching and optimizing internal processes
- Make recommendations to optimize business performance
- Help deploy the workforce management team to new business units
Requirements
- Extensive management experience
- Good understanding of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines underwriting
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong command of Excel, good knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
- Solid analytical, critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Bilingualism (English and French) is essential
- In-depth knowledge of workforce management software such as NICE IEX, an asset
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
- Proven leadership accomplishments
- No Canadian work experience is required; must be eligible to work in Canada.
