Responsibilities
Perform forecasting analyses of the team’s transformation initiatives, innovations and optimization projects
Build relationships with national business partners to understand their business and support their objectives
Analyze and review business results and forecast implications
Develop long-term forecasts and find ways to achieve business unit objectives
Ensure capacity plans are accurate each month
Proactively manage a multi-site and multi-skilled team
Develop team members’ skills through coaching and optimizing internal processes
Make recommendations to optimize business performance
Help deploy the workforce management team to new business units
Requirements
Extensive management experience
Good understanding of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines underwriting
Excellent communication skills
Strong command of Excel, good knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
Solid analytical, critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail
Bilingualism (English and French) is essential
In-depth knowledge of workforce management software such as NICE IEX, an asset
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
Proven leadership accomplishments
No Canadian work experience is required; must be eligible to work in Canada.
