About the role

  • Data Scientist developing analytical models for health outcomes evaluation and medical protocol efficiency in a healthcare institution. Collaborating with medical teams for decision support and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop analytical models to evaluate clinical outcomes, the effectiveness of medical protocols, and quality of care;
  • Analyze clinical, epidemiological, and operational data to support decision-making in the Medical Practices department;
  • Create dashboards and interactive reports to monitor health indicators and hospital performance;
  • Apply artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify patterns and predict clinical risks;
  • Work closely with medical teams to identify opportunities to improve care protocols;
  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and governance of analyzed clinical data;
  • Develop algorithms to optimize care workflows and reduce adverse events;
  • Monitor technological and regulatory trends in health data science;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science
  • Postgraduate degree in Digital Health, Data Science applied to healthcare, or related fields
