  • Sales Assistant supporting a dynamic sales team at a multinational company. Engaging in administrative tasks like CRM data maintenance and customer communication.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team
  • Prepare sales quotations
  • Maintain data in the CRM and ERP system (ODOO)
  • Arrange appointments (by telephone)
  • Execute sales campaigns (email and telephone)
  • Conduct research tasks
  • Perform database-driven industry and customer research
  • Independently take on research tasks and analyses (industry and customer research)
  • Prepare and send customer communications

Requirements

  • Commercial/business vocational qualification (e.g., office clerk, wholesale clerk, HAK, HBLA)
  • Meticulous and reliable working style
  • Friendly and open manner towards customers and colleagues
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Excellent German and good English proficiency
  • Strong MS Office skills and IT affinity
