About the role

  • eCommerce Performance Marketing Assistant Manager at iNova leading performance marketing activities across AMENA markets. Driving eCommerce growth through multi-channel media campaigns and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of performance marketing activities in close partnership with our eCommerce Market Heads
  • Generate high-quality traffic and drive measurable eCommerce growth across multiple markets in our AMENA region (Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe)
  • Manage campaigns across multiple media channels including META platforms and onsite eCommerce advertising with a particular emphasis on scaling and optimizing affiliate marketing
  • Ensure that all campaigns are strategically aligned, efficiently managed, and deliver impactful results across digital platforms
  • Transition & Strategy: Led the shift from agency-managed to in-house performance marketing across AMENA markets
  • Campaign Management & Growth: Designed and executed market-specific performance marketing strategies
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Managed budgets and leveraged analytics to continuously improve campaign efficiency
  • Affiliate & Growth Innovation: Scaled affiliate marketing programs and led strategic engagement with affiliate agencies
  • Insights & Reporting: Delivered actionable performance insights to eCommerce Market Heads and regional stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s degree, or MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including proven success in managing Amazon Ads campaigns covering setup, targeting, bidding optimization, and performance analysis to drive sales growth and ROI
  • Experience managing multi-platform campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, and Noon Minutes is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms, with the ability to gather, process, and visualize data to inform business decisions
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data, optimize budgets, and deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions
  • Solid understanding of B2C performance marketing channels, including display and native advertising, search engine marketing, and eCommerce marketplace advertising
  • Hands-on experience in affiliate marketing management and/or collaboration with affiliate agencies or media platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
