Identificherai nuove opportunità di collaborazione con scuole, enti e reti di istituti, gestendo l'intero ciclo dalla generazione del contatto alla chiusura della partnership.
Condurrai presentazioni e sessioni dimostrative capaci di ispirare, dimostrando con umiltà e competenza il valore pedagogico del nostro metodo.
Diventerai un consulente di fiducia per le scuole, supportandole nel percorso di adozione di Innovamat e assicurando che la nostra visione si traduca in risultati reali in classe.
Lavorerai con autonomia e spirito imprenditoriale, collaborando con il Regional Manager per definire le tattiche più efficaci per il mercato locale.
Requirements
Hai maturato tra i 3 e i 5 anni in ruoli di Business Development, Partnership Management o vendite complesse, preferibilmente nel settore EdTech o scolastico.
Sai parlare "la lingua della scuola" e gestire trattative con figure istituzionali, mantenendo sempre un approccio curioso e attento ai bisogni reali dei docenti.
Non ti accontenti delle soluzioni standard; cerchi sempre modi nuovi e più efficaci per portare valore ai nostri partner.
Parli correntemente italiano e hai una buona padronanza dell'inglese o dello spagnolo.
Hai la patente B e sei entusiasta all'idea di viaggiare costantemente per incontrare i nostri partner sul campo.
