About the role

  • Graphic / Digital Designer supporting the marketing team at inne during parental leave. Ensuring continuity and quality across digital channels and design workflows in the female health sector.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of digital design production, ensuring consistency and continuity
  • Design and deliver performance-focused ad creatives for Paid Social (primarily Meta), including structured weekly deliveries of static and motion formats and creative iterations
  • Deliver website designs for implementation, support the implementation of previously delivered but not yet live designs and contribute to website and digital experience reviews
  • Maintain and curate inne’s core image and asset library, ensuring approved visuals are up to date
  • Create original visual assets as needed, including digital illustrations, short motion pieces, AI-generated visuals, and occasional 3D-rendered assets
  • Support alignment on visual direction for photoshoots, ensuring consistency with brand and campaign needs
  • Irregularly support with print-ready design files and exports when needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic / Digital Designer, with a focus on digital-first assets
  • Ability to design marketing and campaign creatives, particularly for paid and performance-driven channels
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience creating simple to mid-level motion design (e.g. social ads, short loops, UI or web animations)
  • Experience preparing implementation-ready website designs and collaborating with developers or other partners
  • Ability to work independently, manage ongoing design tasks, and deliver reliably within existing workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of brand consistency across channels
  • Curiosity and pragmatism about new tools (including AI) and willingness to use these tools where they add value
  • Fluency in English
  • Familiarity with asset and image library management
  • Experience reviewing or auditing websites and digital experiences
  • Experience creating original assets, including AI-generated visuals or 3D renderings
  • Experience with print design, including exporting production-ready files
  • Native or Near-Native German (C1-C2)
