About the role

  • IaaS Administration role enhancing partner success at Ingram Micro, a global technology leader. Collaborating on cloud growth efforts and providing essential operational support for partners.

Responsibilities

  • Enable IaaS partner growth with training, best practices, and hands‑on guidance across systems and processes.
  • Execute daily operational tasks to onboard partners to the AWS Distribution Program —driving compliance, discovery, and smooth onboarding/offboarding of AWS accounts.
  • Configure and support partner usage of CloudCheckr; troubleshoot consumption and reporting issues; deliver training on CloudCheckr and DCI (DoiT Cloud Intelligence); support Billing Transfer processes.
  • Build deep expertise in DCI and support partners in adoption and day‑to‑day use.
  • Lead and support migrations from CloudCheckr to DCI, ensuring continuity and data accuracy.
  • Serve as a partner‑facing point of contact for AWS billing inquiries, including discounts and end‑user reporting.
  • Process and update customer transactions; proactively track account status and coordinate with back‑office teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance partner experience and internal efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer service, support, or operations/management roles with a passion for partner success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; other European languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian, German) are a plus.
  • Strong organization, planning, and time management skills to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, problem‑solve, and communicate clearly —even when the answer is “it depends.”
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and comfort navigating multiple systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing (IaaS) and major vendors—especially AWS.
  • Experience creating documentation, guides, or instructional processes that make complex topics simple.
  • Undergraduate degree and/or a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences; ability to build strong relationships with cloud sales and cross‑functional teams. (Bonus: willingness to obtain AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in role.)
