About the role
- Management Analyst managing CBP Cargo projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance. Involved in technical and administrative efforts for project development, from concept to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Client Agency is the CBP Cargo Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
- Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
- Ensures problem resolution and customer satisfaction for individual task orders.
- Performs technical and administrative efforts for tasks, including review of work products for correctness, compliance with industry-accepted standards, alternatives analysis, federal government legislative and regulatory requirements and user standards specified in task orders.
- Develops requirements of IT product/service (including specifications, feasibility studies, requirement analysis, etc.) from inception to conclusion on simple to complex projects.
Requirements
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
- Minimum of Seven (7) years of experience in an IT or Business Management field.
- Bachelor’s degree Required
- Must have strong communication skills.
