Responsibilities
- Support the development team in implementing modern software solutions
- Close collaboration with experienced colleagues
- Develop software solutions based on Java and Spring Boot
- Support the further development of the microservice architecture
- Active participation in agile teams (dailies, weeklies, and retrospectives)
- Use modern tools and practices such as Git, CI/CD, and Docker to develop high-quality code
- Familiarization with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and expansion of technical know-how
- Responsibility for clean code through code reviews and testing to continuously improve quality
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification
- At least 1–2 years of professional experience in software development
- Basic knowledge of Java (e.g., from university, internships, or entry-level roles)
- Ideally, initial experience with Spring Boot
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and an interest in clean code practices
- Initial exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus — more important is your willingness to learn new things
- Interest in modern development tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD, Docker)
- You speak German (fluent) and English confidently (at least B2)
