About the role
- Event Manager planning and executing B2B aviation events with internal and external teams. Responsible for project management, budgeting, and innovative event concepts in the aviation sector.
Responsibilities
- You plan, coordinate and execute on- and offline events in the B2B aviation environment — from initial concept through to successful delivery
- You are responsible for tracking and measuring event success
- You confidently lead internal teams and external service providers through all project phases
- You keep budget, timelines and quality firmly in view and ensure smooth operations
- In collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Product Management, you develop innovative event concepts and bring them to life
- By creatively evolving existing event formats — hybrid, digital or live — you increase our brand visibility
- You design communication campaigns that effectively connect events and content and generate attention
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in Event Management, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Several years of experience in B2B event management
- Strong organizational skills, a structured working style and the resilience to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders and managing vendors, agencies and exhibition builders
- Knowledge and experience in delivering digital and hybrid event formats
