About the role

• Information Security Manager responsible for developing ISMS and overseeing information security projects at INFODAS GmbH. Collaborating with the Security Architect in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Take on the role of Information Security Officer (ISB) for INFODAS
• Further develop INFODAS's Information Security Management System (ISMS) in close coordination with executive management
• Develop policies, processes and procedures to ensure sustainable information security
• Define security requirements and standards based on protection needs, applicable laws and best practices
• Support IT and business projects on security matters and assess the information security of products and processes
• Conduct protection-requirement and risk analyses in collaboration with security architects
• Manage IT security risks, including documentation and assessment, in collaboration with business owners, IT managers and the specialist departments

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, information security or a related field, or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in information security
• Technical and organizational understanding of information security and compliance
• Good knowledge of information security regulations and standards (e.g., BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27xxx, NIST CSF) and their practical implementation
• Preferably certified in information security management (e.g., CISM, CISSP, BSI IT-Grundschutz practitioner/consultant or an equivalent certification)
• Analytical thinking, audience-appropriate communication and an ability to work independently
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
