Responsibilities
As an Enterprise IT Architect, you contribute your experience and expertise to forward-looking projects
Contribute to finding solutions for security-critical tasks with high societal value
Support the Bundeswehr throughout the procurement process by developing cross-cutting IT architectures
Assist in modeling capabilities, services, business processes, systems and their requirements
Support our client, the Bundeswehr, in creating and maintaining enterprise IT architectures according to the NAF/ADMBw standard
Identify, assess and model operational contexts and their constraints in collaboration with users and stakeholders
Model and adapt new use cases into existing IT service concepts/architectures
Develop possible technical solutions together with stakeholders and model them according to common standards
Prepare audience-appropriate presentations of enterprise IT architectures and advise the client on selecting suitable solutions
Select appropriate tools, processes and methods for creating and optimizing architectures and the development process
Ensure sustainable documentation and quality assurance of the enterprise IT architectures created
Requirements
University degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics/Information Systems or similar)
Good knowledge and skills in architecture models (ADMBw, NAF, TOGAF or similar)
Extensive experience with common architecture tools (Sparx Enterprise Architect)
Comprehensive knowledge in developing enterprise IT architectures and ideally experience in architecting security-critical IT infrastructures with a service orientation (ITIL)
Experience in project management and working with the Bundeswehr or other public authorities
Professional demeanor, excellent communication and presentation skills, independent and collegial working style
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
Willingness to undertake (day) travel
