About the role

  • Technical Service Manager role focused on supporting ReNu and RTI's business development teams. Responsible for ensuring clients understand the value of ReNu's services and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical presentation leadership and support to ReNu/RTI’s BD and Clients
  • Generate post-project summaries and post-project reporting
  • Lead operational data review meetings to maximize customer value
  • Provide input to reports, technical papers, presentations, customer reporting, and analysis, etc.
  • Strengthen technical customer relationships to maintain sales
  • Gain technical knowledge and understanding of customer processes / flowsheets
  • Ensure clients stay engaged through the Total Fan Health assessments and post project reporting steps.
  • Represent ReNu in forums and meetings with key stakeholders
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with client corporate technical teams
  • Generation and keeping of Client data and ROI evaluation records and documents
  • ReNu annual and new hire internal technical training

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • 3-5 years of Process Engineering or equivalent plant experience
  • 2-3 years of equivalent technical sales at an oil and gas industry business.

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Valid Passport
