About the role
- Junior Claims Analyst working closely with experienced Claims Analysts in regulating car and liability claims. Involves assisting in case handling, learning modern tools, and developing AI for future claims processing.
Responsibilities

- Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung von Fällen, bei denen unsere KI an ihre Grenzen stößt – und wirst so Stück für Stück sicherer in der Schadenregulierung.
- Du bekommst Einblick in moderne Tools und Methoden und setzt sie direkt in der Praxis ein.
- Du hinterfragst Prozesse gemeinsam mit dem Team, denkst Abläufe neu und hilfst, unsere KI weiterzuentwickeln.
- Dein Feedback zählt: Du gestaltest mit, wie die Schadenbearbeitung der Zukunft aussieht.
Requirements
- Ausbildung als Versicherungskaufmann/-frau (oder ähnlich) oder angefangenes / abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL / Recht / Versicherungswesen
- Erste Erfahrung in der Schadenbearbeitung ist super – aber wichtiger sind Lernbereitschaft und Neugier
- Freude daran, neue Wege zu gehen statt „Dienst nach Vorschrift"
- Offenheit und Affinität für digitale Tools und KI
