About the role

  • Hands-on marketing role supporting CRM and campaign execution for luxury retail brands. Collaborate with teams to manage email marketing and brand launches in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • **The role**
  • This is a hands-on marketing role supporting campaign execution, CRM/EDM, and brand marketing initiatives across online and offline sales.
  • You’ll work closely with the local and regional team to execute campaigns, manage email marketing and support brand launches. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience looking to grow into a broader marketing role.
  • **Key responsibilities**
  • **CRM & email marketing**
  • Support planning and execution of EDM and SMS campaigns
  • Build and schedule email campaigns using CRM platforms
  • Manage segmentation, lists and campaign setup
  • Track performance including open rate, CTR and conversions
  • Maintain email and customer database hygiene
  • **Campaign & content support**
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Assist with content planning across social and website
  • Coordinate campaign assets and timelines
  • Support copywriting for email, social and website
  • Assist with product launches and promotional campaigns
  • **Partnerships & brand coordination**
  • Work with brand partners on campaign assets and timelines
  • Coordinate marketing materials for online and offline sales
  • Support influencer, PR or partnership activations where required
  • **Reporting & coordination**
  • Prepare basic campaign and CRM performance reports
  • Track marketing calendar and deadlines
  • Support ad-hoc marketing and event initiatives

Requirements

  • **What they’re looking for**
  • 2–3 years marketing experience (retail, ecommerce or agency)
  • Hands-on experience with EDM/CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
  • Basic analytics and reporting skills
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills
  • Interest in retail, ecommerce or consumer brands
  • **Nice to have**
  • Experience with Shopify or ecommerce businesses
  • Social media content or campaign experience
  • Exposure to partnerships or influencer campaigns
