- Analyst responsible for installing and maintaining IT infrastructure at Celestica. Ensuring the reliability and security of IT operations in Laem Chabang, Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the site's operating environment
- Ensure the ongoing reliability, performance and security of the infrastructure
- Monitor and keep the operating environments
- Respond to incidents & problems
- Deploy new technologies as well as design, install, configure, maintain and perform testing of PC/server operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware
- Troubleshoot problems as reported by users
- Support Web access and telephony services
- Acquire, replace, and decommission related equipment, software and services
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of related experience
- Experience in similar job roles
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication (both oral and written) and documentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Windows OS (server and client) and the desktop operating environment
- Linux and other mainstream OS knowledge will be helpful
- Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts
- Good knowledge of infrastructure service management & diagnostic tools and processes
- Good knowledge of end-point security management tools and processes
- Bachelor's Degree or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
