- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review, retrospectives);
- Oversee integrations with internal and third-party systems, ensuring technical alignment;
- Monitor scope, risks, quality, and impact of deliveries with the team.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of agile development for digital products;
- Familiarity with writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and Discovery techniques;
- Understanding of backlog, roadmap, and prioritization based on business value and technical effort;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with technical and business stakeholders;
- Genuine interest in digital products and the financial market;
- Comfortable with tools such as Jira (or similar), Figma, Miro, and Excel;
- Willingness to learn and grow to take ownership of a squad in the future.
