About the role

  • Graphic Designer transforming agricultural concepts into engaging visuals for Illinois Farm Bureau. Collaborating on marketing efforts and executing creative ideas for diverse media campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Creates graphics that tell stories and enhance news content and various marketing materials.
  • Creates various design deliverables according to specifications and brand/identity standards.
  • Handles complex graphic design projects, photo manipulation, pre-press print production and electronic media work as requested.
  • Effectively communicates and presents design concepts, prototypes, layout, revisions, final design, and templates as needed.
  • Collaborates with content specialists and IFB staff as needed to understand specifications and organize projects to ensure specifications, deadlines and budget are met.
  • Assists with marketing efforts and executes creative ideas for campaigns across various media (e.g., broadcast, print, social media).

Requirements

  • Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training
