Responsibilities
Stay up to date on Element Logic’s product portfolio and represent it throughout the sales process — from lead to signed contract.
Lead and drive customer workshops focused on solution development and system design.
Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, business cases, layouts (DWG), 3D visualizations, and simulations.
Actively promote and position Element Logic’s solutions in customer and partner dialogues.
Collaborate with key partners to develop and deliver complete turnkey solutions.
Support Sales Managers in customer meetings with technical expertise and solution insights.
Work closely with internal teams, including Product and Professional Services, to ensure aligned and effective solutions.
Take ownership of your own development by staying at the forefront of our evolving product portfolio and technologies.
Requirements
Completed training as a technical draughtsman, technician, or equivalent qualification with strong technical aptitude; alternatively technical training combined with a business qualification (e.g., technical business economist)
5+ years’ professional experience in intralogistics / warehouse automation.
Solid technical understanding of mechanics, electrical systems, and automation.
Proficient in CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor 3D) and MS Office.
Strong numerical skills in statistics, probability, operations research, and discrete event simulation.
Proficient in Excel and SQL.
Proficiency in Czech and English is required, both verbal and written.
