Responsibilities
- Support the strategic planning of the Global Assurance function
- Partner with the Global Director to provide key insights to internal audit objectives, frameworks, tools, techniques, and data analytics
- Execute strategic planning
- Support project timelines and deliverables
- Complete training and support of staff with internal audit capabilities
- Internal audit risk assessments
- Creating compliance frameworks
- Building collaboration frameworks with other internal functions

- Participating in departmental and general IJM administrative support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Certified Internal Auditor certification
- Experience in risk assessment and enterprise risk management (ERM)
- Experience with governance, risk, and compliance functions
- Experience in project management or process implementation
- Operational audit experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
