Responsibilities
End-to-end planning, organization, execution and follow-up of Europe-wide and cross-institute events
Close coordination with FMD institutes, project partners, funding bodies and other EU entities
Support the team with additional communications tasks
Organize internal meetings, EU roadshows, trade fairs and conferences, as well as technical meetings and technology workshops
Requirements
Degree or vocational training in event management, marketing or communication studies
Relevant professional experience in event management (EU experience desirable)
Experience planning, organizing and delivering in-person events as well as digital event formats
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Ability to work independently and proactively, make considered decisions, and enjoy working in a team
Willingness to travel to trade shows or events (including weekends if necessary) within Germany and across Europe
