- Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings
- Resolve challenges proactively and keep projects moving forward
- Uphold Paul Davis standards for safety, service, and craftsmanship
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in construction or restoration
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial reconstruction
- Xactimate experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset with polished communication abilities
- Ability to juggle multiple active projects
- Valid driver’s license and comfort traveling to job sites
