About the role
- Lead Project Management Specialist responsible for site construction management for high voltage grid projects at GE Vernova. Managing stakeholders and ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, and cost.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site.
- Operations planning/execution of all site activities, managing site team and all stakeholders including customer, consultants, and sub contractors.
- Site Construction Manager for 132kV/220kV/500kV Turnkey Grid Station Projects.
- Ensures schedule, quality and cost are in compliance with contractual obligations.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
- Proactively assess and anticipates the risks related to site activities and prepare mitigation plan.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree (in Electrical/Electronics Engineering) from a reputed/accredited university or college.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in Project Management & Site Management.
- In depth knowledge and hands on experience on HV Grid equipment including Power Transformers, Circuit breakers, disconnectors, HV/MV Protection relays.
- In-depth knowledge of EHS Guidelines and implementation at site for safe operations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
