Responsibilities

  • Ensure projects stay on time and teams stay on track
  • Handle client check-ins and resolve issues
  • Review project schedules and prepare crews for daily tasks
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm material deliveries
  • Manage material orders and project budgets
  • Oversee installation crews
  • Address unexpected issues quickly and efficiently
  • Review progress reports and plan for upcoming priorities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of contractor-verified experience in residential construction
  • Must be able to test and pass the DPOR RBC Exam within 60 days of hire
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction (preferred)
  • Test and pass DPOR CIC/CBC exam within 60 days of hire
  • Ability to recruit and manage installation crews
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable using different software to manage project schedules
  • Skilled at handling unexpected challenges
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to relocate to Franchise Location (if not currently local)
