About the role
- Senior Fullstack Engineer developing healthcare software in Freiburg. Working with a collaborative team to drive innovation and improve systems in medical practices.
Responsibilities
- You will join a mature, high-trust engineering team of 4 Fullstack Engineers.
- We don't just write code; we own our services end-to-end on Google Cloud Platform.
- You will develop our new Design System to ensure reusable components across our distributed frontends.
- You will help evolve our backend (currently a mix of TypeScript & Go) and strengthen our Infrastructure as Code setup with Terraform on GCP.
- You will act as a technical sparring partner.
- You take responsibility for your features—from the first line of code to the deployment pipeline (GitHub Actions) and monitoring.
- You actively participate in architectural decisions.
Requirements
- You have several years of experience in Software Engineering and a deep understanding of modern web architectures.
- You are proficient in either Vue.js/TypeScript or Go/GCP/Terraform.
- You don't need to be a master of everything on Day 1, but you must be willing to learn the rest.
- You are fluent in English (team language). German is a plus but not required.
- You fit into a team where "we" is more important than "I".
- You value clean code, maintainability, and honest feedback.
