About the role

  • Oracle Applications Integration Developer designing and supporting integrations between Oracle EBS and various applications. Responsible for system performance and stability in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting the integrations between Oracle EBS and various Applications including Service Cloud, Customer Data Management and other third-party applications.
  • Provide technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2), including troubleshooting system and interface issues, supporting integrations, performing system performance monitoring, and ensuring overall system stability and reliability in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Extensive experience designing, developing, and supporting complex integrations between Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) and Oracle/non-Oracle systems using APIs, Web Services, PL/SQL, SOA, and middleware technologies
  • Support Customer Portal customizations (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Support upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
  • Rewrite to remove errors to adapt to new requirements
  • Support business needs for system processing and availability
  • Participate in 24/7 department on-call program

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related IT field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting the integrations between Oracle EBS and other Oracle/third party applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Service Cloud configuration and customization, REST and SOAP web services, SQL, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • High efficiency in PL/SQL programming
  • Experience with system integrations and APIs
  • Knowledge of Oracle Customer Data Management is preferred
  • Functional knowledge in Oracle Applications is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills and able to work in a team environment
  • Able to work quickly and effectively under pressure and to efficiently handle multiple priorities simultaneously
