About the role

- Monitor and assess the impact of performance initiatives using leading and lagging indicators.
- Promote a data-driven decision-making culture and encourage adoption of analytical tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Information Systems, or another relevant field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in performance management, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in both English and French.
